"Not a convenient location for an insurance agency. Parking is not near. Office on 2nd floor. Part of the Westgate cluster. Took me 20 minutes to find the agency based on where I came into the complex."

"When I called for a second claim on a windshield repair less than a week after the first, Julie was so accommodating. I'd thought I would have to pay because of the closeness of the claims. Due to the nature of the damage I thought possibly it was due to the initial repair installation. Julie straight-away called the repair company to verify work completed and arranged for a replacement. I ended up going with the same repair company as they were also so accommodating. Thanks for making this less of a hassle."

"It was a short wait before Adam Ortiz came out and greeted me. The receptionist offered coffee or water while I waited. I received a renewal notice from my insurance company I'd been with for 5 yrs. I wasn't happy with the rate so I began shopping around. I brought in my policy & first thing Adam pointed out is that I didn't have collision. So Long story short... I am paying $400.00 LESS but I have Comprehensive, Collision & Home Insurance in one easy monthly payment! Adam was very informative & fully explained how the insurance works & what is covered."

"Shopping for auto insurance can be compared to a trip to the dentist, right? No Worries! Susan Rossell in Ken Grossman's State Farm Office (Glendale, Az) provided a pain-free visit when I recently changed insurance carriers and bundled my auto/renters insurance with State Farm. The result of a tedious, on-line search for insurance quotes was a very friendly and positive voice message from Susan inviting me to make an appointment at her nearby office because she was confident she could save me money by changing to State Farm. Her customer service skills are excellent! She spent an hour with me answering all my questions about the difference in coverages, then providing options that applied to my needs and fit my budget. You will enjoy doing business with Susan!"
